The Young Lawyers' Division is a community service organization consisting of members of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association who are under the age of 36 years-old or who have been practicing law for less than 5 years.

The Young Lawyers' Division each year sponsors a number of community programs and projects, including the award winning Food for Filing project, a county wide secondary school mock trial competition, a 5 kilometer race that benefits cancer research, and the St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen, a community food bank.
